Our jewelry is handcrafted with love and attention to detail. A majority of our pieces are ready-made and ready-to-ship within 2-3 business days. Lead times are indicated on each item page, however, please feel free to email us if you have a specific request for a rush order. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients. Custom orders and bridal orders may take longer to ship, however we will discuss your order and production time during the design process.
We proudly offer complimentary shipping on orders over $50.00 on all U.S. orders.
Orders under $50.00 will have a $5.00 shipping charge.
We ship all orders via USPS First Class mail and include complimentary tracking on all orders.
We proudly offer complimentary International shipping on orders over $150 and are shipped via USPS First Class mail.
International orders under $150 are subject to a $15.00 shipping charge and are shipped via USPS First Class.
International clients are responsible for all customs and duty fees if applied.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns. However, if the item(s) you ordered are determined to be damaged or defective within 14 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace your item at no cost. If you ordered the incorrect item, we will gladly exchange your item for a different item of your choice, however you will be responsible for the price difference or the cost of return shipping.
All exchange package postage should be paid prior to shipping including any customs or duty fees if they apply. Items must be securely shipped in the same packaging they came in and it is advised that you return items with tracking. KELLYM Jewelry will not accept responsibility for packages that we did not ship.
To start your exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an Return Authorization Number. Please make sure to include your RA# on the outside of your package and on your return receipt. Once we receive your return, we will email you with a credit to the store for the amount you paid for your items. You have 90 days to use your store credit. If you attempt to return an item outside of this process, your exchange/repair may be denied.
Is there a warranty for my KELLYM Jewelry piece?
All KELLYM Jewelry is protected under a 90 day warranty.
How much is the repair fee?
For pieces purchased within the 90 day warranty, repairs will be free of charge. For pieces outside of the warranty, the repair fee is $25 + the cost of materials determined to be missing from the piece to repair it.
How can I get my item repaired?
Start by sending a photo of the item in need of repair to email@example.com and include a description of the damage.
My item is tarnished, can this be repaired?
Unfortunately, tarnished jewelry is not eligible for repair. Tarnishing is considered natural wear for jewelry and we suggest checking out our Caring For Handcrafted Jewelry page for tips and tricks on keeping your jewelry looking shiny and new!
How long do repairs take?
Repairs can take up to 2 weeks to complete once we have received the item(s).
I lost one earring, what should I do?
In most cases, we are able to make a new earring to replace a lost one! We ask that you send in the remaining earring with your repair request form so that we are able to ensure the pair will match once the new earring is made. Please be advised that replacing an earring will cost a portion of the original cost.
How can I check on the progress of my repair?
We will email you once we have received the item(s) to let you know repairs are in progress and once again when we are shipping your items back to you.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any way. In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet including: login information, email address, password, computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page.
